Manning Public Hospital Redevelopment, Taree

A total investment of over $40 million dollars has been provided for the redevelopment of the Manning Public Hospital. Servicing the Taree and surrounding community, the new facilities and hospital upgrades aim to improve the delivery of services, and provide contemporary care for patients.

The redevelopment includes; new renal dialysis outpatient chairs, chemotherapy chairs, isolation room, procedure room, and shared consulting spaces. The first $20 million stage of the project was delivered in October 2018 and comprised of a new outpatient building, providing patients with a purpose-built facility to access cancer care and renal dialysis services. An additional 45-space carpark enhances access for patients needing to connect with these vital services.

Tasked with providing lighting for this vital project, Vision Lighting supplied a complete interior and exterior lighting package. This included over 400m of linear lighting, 100 panel lights, and over 180 dimmable downlights; including specialised cyanosis lighting.

Completing the project; exterior and carpark illumination was provided by over 80 weatherproof battens, 24 lowbays, 12 pole top floodlight along with exit and emergency lighting.

With another $20 million committed for further developments, the Manning Public Hospital will continue to provide improved facilities and patient care.
