This 5 Star Green Star education facility is the first step in an ambitious masterplan to transform the site into a leading education hub. The new three-storey campus includes flexible teaching and learning spaces, advanced healthcare and community specialist facilities, lifelike simulation labs, and collaborative workspaces for students and educators—supporting hands-on learning for real-world careers.

• Complete Single-Package Supply: Over 1,000 fittings supplied across 9 product families—from internal downlights, panels, and pendants to external wall lights, poletops, and 6m poles.
• Unified Controls Strategy: Every internal and external fitting runs on a single DALI system, keeping the entire building and grounds on one seamless control network.
• 4000K & High CRI90: Maintained a consistent 4000K temperature throughout, with CRI90 specified in key learning areas where accurate colour judgment is essential.
