An iconic and historic part of The Rocks, the 19th century Bushell’s Tea Building at 121 Harrington Street has been repurposed into creative office space after undergoing an extensive refurbishment. Retaining the character of the heritage-listed building, it now features a full 6 level fitout complete with updated services.

Vision Lighting supplied a complete base build lighting and fitout package for the refurbishment. Featured throughout the office space, Vision’s Alinya direct/indirect suspended extrusion presented the perfect minimally invasive lighting solution for the iconic building. Along with providing optimal efficiency and output for office lighting, the Alinya extrusion captures and highlights the features of the building, illuminating the historic architecture and racked ceiling.

Additional building features include end of trip facilities along with kitchen, bathroom and lift upgrades, providing modern office facilities to this creative and unique building.
