Kingaroy Public Hospital Redevelopment

We are proud to have played a pivotal role in the Kingaroy Hospital Redevelopment—a state-of-the-art, 66-bed clinical services building that enhances healthcare delivery in the region. Positioned on the northern edge of Kingaroy township, this project marks a significant advancement in providing comprehensive, high-quality medical services to the local community, reducing the need for patients to travel for care.

The redeveloped hospital now boasts an expanded array of services, including a new emergency department, acute inpatient unit with rehabilitation and mental health care, operating suites, maternity unit, dialysis and chemotherapy services, outpatient consulting spaces, and clinical support areas. Designed with inclusivity and adaptability in mind, these facilities are set to meet evolving clinical needs without the need for significant future modifications, retaining the community essence of the original hospital while establishing a modern civic hub.

Vision Lighting was honoured to be contracted to design, manufacture, and supply a comprehensive lighting solution, tailored specifically to meet Australian Standards and additional requirements set forth by ARUP. By collaborating closely with the contractors and electrical consultants, we ensured that our lighting installations not only met but exceeded expectations, enhancing the functionality and aesthetic of this vital healthcare facility.
