One of Australia’s most historic and iconic hotels, the Hydro Majestic, has been relaunched following a $30 million, six year refurbishment that has returned the hotel to its former glory. Situated in New South Wales’s World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains, just an hour and 45 minutes’ drive from the Sydney CBD, the Hydro Majestic capitalizes on its spectacular surroundings.

Vision Lighting was included in this fabulous restoration project, designing and supplying a value-engineered external lighting package and additional indoor lighting requirements. Vision liaised with the architect & electrical engineer to ensure aesthetics of product and design fit the design intent.

Pole foundations were delivered early, ex stock, to fit the installation schedule. Vision also delivered poles and fittings by container to site according to the agreed schedule. Vision’s contribution to this project helped it to win a prestigious MBA award in 2015.
