Camden Council proposed a new administration building in the Oran Park Town Centre. Council set a high environmental benchmark with the project striving for a state-of-the-art office that would also cater to the needs of the community and the councillors.

Council’s ambitious design coupled with a limited budget and diverse stakeholder interests meant that the design was developed with high scrutiny and review. Vision’s experienced lighting design team dedicated many hours to producing a design that met all the requirements.

The outcome of the design process is a unique facility which goes beyond standard industry benchmarks to meet specific and customised performance criteria developed in conjunction with the client and the architect.
